This website has been created to help unsigned bands get noticed! The music industry has always been extremely competitive and many great bands have not realised their potential simply because of lack of funds when starting out - the talent has been there but not the resources to promote.

The Unsigned Melody website is designed to give bands a helping hand towards getting heard and seen by more than just fans at individual gigs. On this site you can have links to your own band sites, including mp3 files, advertise your gig lists, name your manager and agent along with their contact details and post photos of your band. I will also be asking for genuine reviews from fans and if you need a new member for your band - you can advertise on the site.

Although the site will be managed by me, it is intended to be semi-self sufficient in time so that bands will be assisting other bands to find venues, a blog/message board will be available and hopefully enough info will be on the site to attract managers and talent scouts. The home page is also intended for the latest news about unsigned bands - so get writing.

This service is absolutely free with no catch - the website will eventually be funded by ads. The only return I would ask for is feedback about the site and any useful suggestions as to how it could be improved.
